Email Notifications

The system will provide automated emails to the contact of the ticket based on specific events throughout the life of an incident.

Events that generate notifications are:

  • Confirmation of creation of a new ticket
  • Reminder that a ticket is awaiting your reply (ticket status = Waiting for Customer Information) - sent when a ticket has been in this status for 5 days.
